We had an excellent experience with Scott at O'Connor's Auto! They were flexible, accommodating, friendly, and very easy to work with. On top of that, they gave us a great price and worked with a local Credit Union to get us a fantastic interest rate. Came up from the Metro-Detroit Area because they offered such a great experience and would absolutely buy from them again in the future!

Very friendly staff. They take care of their customers. They do not pressure you to make a purchase right away. They give you time to think about making your decision. I purchased my vehicle from them and am very pleased with the service I received. I would recommend them to others. And if I ever need to purchase another vehicle I would definitely return. They are awesome people. Gene also explained different features thoroughly about my vehicle. And has also reached out to me to see if I had any concerns or questions about my purchase. I am very pleased with Gene and the other staff members. Keep up the great work guys!

Inquired about this vehicle in the morning, was driving it home to Traverse City that same afternoon. I was so pleased with not only the vehicle, but also with Scott who took great care of me. This vehicle is perfect, already loaded with my tools and working hard for me!
